Whatever the person in charge pays attention to, everyone else pays attention to as well. Be vigilant about sunscreen all summer and you will end up with campers who are experts in sunscreen. Apply that same attention to friendship, sportsmanship or a clean cabin and you get the same result. You cannot inspect everything, so choosing what to inspect is the real decision.
