When David Marquet took command of the Santa Fe, he wanted his crew to feel pride and had no time for a morale campaign. So he required every sailor greeting a visitor to say three names out loud: their own, the visitor's, and the ship's. Visitors came away impressed and the crew genuinely felt prouder, which is behavior changing attitude rather than the other way around. Camp staff who dread talking to parents can borrow it directly.
